Requiem for Slussen

A poetic and dystopian short film depicting the iconic cloverleaf junction of Slussen in Stockholm before it disappeared in the redevelopment. A decayed place where traffic and people were funneled around and around in a pulsating, labyrinthine flow. With a sense of both loss and fascination, the film serves as a visual farewell to a location where time had stopped, despite its constant motion. The film is part of the ten-year long art project “Slussen nr 5”
